I need to send text reminders prior to each appointment to make sure no one misses it in the hustle of the day. **What problems is Pulse 24/7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Pulse 24/7, we had trouble conducting interviews with all the applicant teams of our startup incubation program. Each had a 10-minute pitch to be selected for the program. They were late; I had to call them individually during the pitching event from the background, doing millions of tasks simultaneously. With Pulse 24/7 we had no problems like that, and the entire process of entry-level idea pitching went pretty well. ### 2. This is also a con in general considering I am practically like a headless chicken without it. Also, I believe adding the option of custom text reminders for scheduled events could make it even better to use. **What problems is Pulse 24/7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pulse 24/7 provides a platform to schedule, book, and manage appointments for various services like photography, tutoring, etc. It syncs with other calendars and has accurate and timely reminders to keep us updated. Also, the customer service if a client activates the GPS notification is great for traveling. **What do you dislike about Pulse 24/7?** The least helpful portion is hard to find but to answer the question, it does take a while to get adjusted to the inferface though once you learn and figure it out it is great. The help function is key and it would be nice if it was just updated just a bit. **What problems is Pulse 24/7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping with new customers joining while also our existing clients.
