## About PTV Viswalk
PTV Viswalk is a pedestrian traffic simulation software that models pedestrians&#39; movement and interactions in transit stations, airports, urban spaces, event venues, offices, malls, and exhibitions, as well as emergency evacuations from buildings, airplanes, trains, and ships. It enables professionals to measure among other properties travel times, waiting periods, crowd densities and in this way identify bottlenecks. With its user-friendly GUI, it is easy to get started, while at the same time its flexibility through scripting and interfacing (API) allow to address new, even unforeseen use cases. The software supports importing CAD (DWG) and BIM (IFC) data, and its scenario management toolbox allows testing of multiple design and operational alternatives. By integrating with PTV Vissim, it includes intermodal simulation where pedestrians interact with vehicles and public transport. Through PTV Hub multiple users can now collaborate on projects, enabling efficient teamwork and consistent results. Furthermore, PTV Hub offers to add computation power when it is needed.
