PsychProof Reviews & Product Details

PsychProof is legal risk infrastructure for Australian employers who need to demonstrate compliance with psychosocial hazard obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act and state regulations. Unlike HR platforms or incident tools, PsychProof structures the entire WHS four-step process — identify, consult, control, review — and creates a cryptographically verified audit trail at every step. Every record is RFC 3161 timestamped, SHA-256 hashed, and forensic-export ready for WorkSafe investigators, legal counsel, or board-level review. Built specifically for the Australian regulatory framework including the WHS Regulation 2011 (Qld) Psychosocial Hazards Amendment 2022. Sector-specific hazard frameworks for mining, healthcare, aged care, construction, manufacturing, and transport are built in. Designed for HSEQ Managers, WHS professionals, HR Directors, and PCBUs who need more than a policy — they need proof the process happened.
