**What do you like best about PSI Fusion?**

The omnichannel sales software of PSI Fusion has highly benefited us in handling our field sales team. It provides me with such options as territory and rep management, lead capturing, offline sales, and GPS.

**What do you dislike about PSI Fusion?**

It seems to me that the choices available for further report formatting are quite limited.  Some of the already generated reports fail to fit our exact requirements, and it becomes almost impossible to filter the results for further analysis.

**What problems is PSI Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

These proposed centralized methods allow PSI Fusion to consolidate all aspects of field sales to a single location.  Tools like lead capture, territory management, and GPS tracking will facilitate communication, organization, and effectiveness of the teams.

**What do you like best about PSI Fusion?**

I always wanted that PSI Fusion may also have some offline sales that is why the offline sales functionality of it was good for my field team. They can collect leads and close sales without the internet, which is vital for our areas of operation.

**What do you dislike about PSI Fusion?**

There is lack of flexibility in the aspects of data visualization within the reporting dashboards. It makes me unable to develop specific reports or go further to the data to retrieve more details.

**What problems is PSI Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This encapsulates a solution to a concern for the company’s sales team in that PSI Fusion has facilitated offline sale. This makes efficiency and guarantees that leads are not lost due to network breakdown or poor network connectivity.
