Their industry expertise and willingness to listen to their customers translates into a product that we can really use. **What do you dislike about Xplor Spot?** Because SPOTs product has been around for decades, modernizing the interface and background technology is a big undertaking and can take some time. But I will say they seem committed to transferring their best solutions to a new platform amd innovating solutions for modern business requirements. **What problems is Xplor Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spots solution helps us be more efficient in our production by providing us critical business intelligence while also integrating well with some of our other production vendors. They also have great solutions for providing our customers with greater control over their accounts and transactions,which helps us create customer loyalty. ### 3. Once you know the basics, it's easy to navigate for more in depth steps. Also, training new staff members on Spot has been far easier than previous POS programs I have used/trained on. **What do you dislike about Xplor Spot?** I would like to see the Customer Order History button available on more screens. Although, I do know that the new program, Connect, will have this option. Also, it would be great is there were more options to use 10 keys and shortcut commands. It was be fabulous if the Coupon/Reward button had a shortcut key. **What problems is Xplor Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adjusting invoices/modifying mistakes is very easy. On previous programs I had used, editing specific items and/or comments was not very user friendly. Training staff is extremely simplified on Spots program. ### 4.
