Absolutely terrible service. I could not imagine that there is such a bad service. I purchased the most expensive option - residential Proxxy. During the work, access to the proxy was repeatedly disabled, which led to losses. The technical support is terrible, they don't solve anything, and even in such a situation, they offer nothing as an apology.

I had various problems setting up proxies on my device. They helped me with chat, provided articles and videos and I figured it all out. The website interface and functionality is very user friendly, no problems here.

At the moment I buy static IPv4 proxies, but on the recommendation of the support team I plan to switch to ISP and Residential proxies as more trusted, while testing budget options.
