I liked a lot of things, first of all, the cost of services was much lower than I thought, static proxies from Internet providers are not very expensive and are paid only for IP rental. I wasn't sure how it all should be set up, but I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out that their support responds in real time in a live chat without AI bots or a ticket system. They helped me with the setup and sharing access with the team. I didn't notice any difference in speed or page loading with a connection without a proxy, so we didn't even measure the speed: everything just worked at a comfortable level. The geographic spread! Lots of cities in the US and every other country that I've checked. Their proxy rotation works well enough that our scrapers run overnight without constant babysitting, and the custom time feature is awesome. Setup was pretty straightforward - our data pipelines were up and running within a couple of days. Also good service in general: my order is always issued quickly and autorenewal is reliable. I would like to see custom rotation with the option to select a duration of more than 60 minutes. I believe this should be possible since their sticky mode can maintain a session for much longer than an hour. I hope they will take this request into consideration. I like how different search engines perceive their IP addresses. Problems occur very rarely, and it's simple and easy to update the IP pool because of the IP admin dashboard they have available. Overall, it is very comfortable to work with this provider, proxies work well with automated scripts and analytical tools. Their support team is genuinely helpful. I've contacted them maybe 5 or 6 times since the first week after I started using their proxies, and they actually understand what you're asking instead of just sending generic responses. And they are fast too: except for a few exceptions, it’s usually within 5-10 minutes. They allowed us to test some different locations and proxy types and replaced proxies when we requested; support fulfilled our request each time and has been very friendly. The main reason why I decided to work with them is Mobile proxies. I like how transparent the info about proxies was right on the main page, and they have great prices for T-Mobile. The connection feels very natural to websites compared to typical datacenter IPs or, and I've had fewer security checks. All checkers validate that I actually used T-Mobile adresses, so I can't complain on quality.
