Proviso Reviews & Product Details

What Proviso is: Proviso is an event and course management platform that helps organizations plan, promote, run, and evaluate events, conferences, and training programs from a single system. Who it's for: Proviso is built for event organizers, marketing and communications teams, HR and L&D departments, associations, and course providers who need to manage registrations, invitations, and attendee communication without juggling multiple disconnected tools. What it does: Proviso covers the full event lifecycle in one platform: Digital invitations and event pages — branded invitations and registration pages that can be built and sent without developer help. Registration and sign-up forms — customizable forms for individual and group registrations, with support for waitlists, accommodation, and payment. Email and SMS automation — automated confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups sent to attendees before and after an event. Hotel and venue booking (via Request) — a built-in service for sourcing and booking conference venues and hotel accommodation for attendees. Group registration management — tools for coordinating registrations on behalf of teams, delegations, or companies attending as a group. Evaluation and feedback tools — Polls, attendee app and post-event evaluation forms to measure attendance, satisfaction, and outcomes. How Proviso helps: Organizations use Proviso to replace manual, spreadsheet-based event administration with a single system that handles registration, communication, logistics, and reporting — reducing the administrative workload of running events and giving organizers a clearer view of attendance and engagement across their event programs. Where Proviso operates: Proviso is based in Norway and primarily serves customers in Norway and the broader Nordic market.
