"Secure, Open Source password manager"
What do you like best about Proton Pass For Business?

Proton Pass is a password manager developed by the team behind Proton Mail, designed for users and organizations seeking robust security, privacy, and transparency.

End-to-End encryption by default: All stored data, including usernames, passwords, website URLs, and metadata, are protected with strong, end-to-end encryption. This approach extends beyond what many competitors offer, ensuring that even Proton cannot access user data.

Open Source and Audited: The entire codebase is open source and has undergone third-party security audits, which fosters trust and allows for community-driven security verification.

Unlimited Devices and Logins: Proton Pass supports unlimited password storage and device syncing, even on the free plan.

Integrated 2FA Authenticator: The built-in two-factor authentication (2FA) generator streamlines multi-factor logins.

Email Alias Generation: The “hide-my-email” (simple login )feature enables users to create unique email aliases for each service.

Biometric and PIN Access: Additional security layers are available via biometric authentication and custom PINs on supported devices.

No Ads or Data Collection: There is a clear commitment to privacy, with no advertising or user data collection, and all services are protected by Swiss privacy laws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well-designed and secure password manager"
What do you like best about Proton Pass For Business?

In my opinion it's the most advanced password manager. The platform is well designed and very stable, too. And most importantly it feels very secure. It's a service you just feel very comfortable with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proton Pass For Business?

So far I can't really think of a downside. Maybe it's not so easy to get used to all the different options when you get started. Therefor you need to invest quite a bit of time to use it to its fullest potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New Password Management Sensation"
What do you like best about Proton Pass For Business?

Open Source Password Manager, this single reason is enough to try Proton Pass. That's what prompted us to try Proton Pass in the first place. After looking at it, we decided to continue using Proton Pass. Also, the desktop application that we missed in Dashlane is now available with Proton Pass. Also, all their browser extensions work well and Proton Pass has a good modern interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proton Pass For Business?

If I was writing this earlier, I would have said that Proton Pass doesn't have a desktop app, it would have been better if it had that too. But recently they launched Proton Pass Windows App and standalone desktop app is coming to macOS and Linux as well. It means that they go ahead. So far we have not faced any other issues. "Effective program"
What do you like best about Proton Pass For Business?

Security is good. The program enables you to use two passwords. Support is excellent. Set up is straightforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proton Pass For Business?

The interface is not overly intuitive, but this is my first experience with a password manager other than keychain on ipad. Once you have figured out how to use proton pass the program works well. Often the program will not lock out/ log out after use, despite having this set in settings. You must be vigilent to log out after use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very pleasant migration and overall great product"
What do you like best about Proton Pass For Business?

We've migrated 25+ users from a competing solution and it's been a painless process thanks to Proton's migration tool. We also appreciate the accurate, fast, and memory-efficient browser extension! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proton Pass For Business?

Organizing such a large collection of passwords and notes such as ours is not without complications, as Proton Pass doesn't yet have all the organizing tools we wish it had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
