they are incredibly supportive and helpful team. They consistently go above and beyond to solve any challenges we face, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions. Their problem-solving approach and deep expertise have been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals. Working with such a dedicated and knowledgeable team has made our collaboration smooth and successful

**What do you dislike about Propel (prev. Springwood)?**

Initially, we were assigned a team member who, unfortunately, wasn't creating the desired impact on our goals. After discussing our concerns with them, they promptly addressed the issue by assigning a new team member. Since then, we’ve seen significant improvement, and we are now very pleased with the progress and results.

- always provided very valuable advise duringthe lifecycle of the project
- cleary understood the business problems.
- awlays available when needed.
- technically very competent
- delivered the expected outcome on time.
- positive attitude, nice to work with.

Nothing at all. I cannot think of any dislike.

Organize regulary meetings with status updates  of the project and expectations. This lead to a successfull outcome.

**What problems is Propel (prev. Springwood) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Propel succesfully assisted us with the intergation of our existing CRM with an external (cloud based) CRM solution.
Propel advised us on best practices.
Propel provided valuable consultancy.
Propel developed the intermediate software which linked the 2 CRM's together.

The outcome was very positive: our commercial and marketing departments can now benefit from the advanced features of the external (clous based) CRM solution.

Propel was with us from day one. They guided us through choosing the right tools and stuck around as we scaled up to over a million emails a month. Their expertise really showed in how they handled our lifecycle marketing and mapped out customer journeys. Their A/B testing approach helped us fine-tune our campaigns, boosting our conversions.

Great communicaiton and understanding of business knowledge , analysis of customers wrt dempgraphics and other factors for segmentation

**What do you dislike about Propel (prev. Springwood)?**

Work was started intially with someone and was handed over to another person ,this created slight confusion in requirements being fixed but the team catched up on this and delivered everything as per my expecatations

**Recommendations to others considering Propel (prev. Springwood):**

Hire them , the team is well versed with engagement and retention strategy for mobile apps using clevertap and other SAAS platforms

Propel studied my home services mobile app business and came up with good Engagement and retention strategy for my customers , happy with the outcome
