I must start with the customization factor that Proofpoint Security Awareness Training offers. Everything in the platform is customizable. From the templates, landing pages, training docs, etc. The tool provides a plethora of built-in reports for C-suit and others. Tracking metrics is accessible and valuable. Some minor downsides would be that the UI is not very intuitive. For simple things such as archiving users, when selecting a whole page, only the page advancement is on the bottom to continue to the next.
