Most of the reports got messed up. Too many additional unnecessary postings had happened. It should be improved by adding some more filters. Keeping records and adding history notes is also made easy and simple. **What do you dislike about Pronto Xi ERP?** If you're not a pro at the software it is pretty much impossible to use. Most things are complicated and it takes a very long time to learn. **Recommendations to others considering Pronto Xi ERP:** Make sure you take time to learn how to properly use it because it can get frustrating if you do not know how to use it sufficiently. **What problems is Pronto Xi ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to view work orders, the history of the order and who even completed the order. ### 30.
