What do you like best about PromoPrep?

It'd be great if you could post directly from the platform to social but most other software that allow this don't do a great job of it anyways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PromoPrep?

The ability to simply schedule campaigns and collaborate with a team in one place. PromoPrep replaced all CMS tooling that our team has tried build on (customer Google Sheets, Trello, Asana). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PromoPrep?

The platform tends to be buggy from time to time. Campaigns sometimes disappear after being created (fixed by refreshing the page) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PromoPrep?

PromoPrep brings sanity and organization to the chaos of multiple marketing messages across many platforms and in several markets. We use PromoPrep for all our different media markets, and it works! What I like the best is that our entire leadership team is on the same page for what our marketing message is and where it is being disseminated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PromoPrep?

PromoPrep does not have an app yet - adding an app will make it easier for some of our team members to access it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PromoPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem we solved was how to let all our site managers know what media messages are using and what platforms they are running. Now we have one location we can update, and everyone gets to see the marketing message and the platform. We also use it to ensure that all on-site marketing is the same from one location to the next to provide the customer the same experience regardless of the location they visit. Honestly there is nothing I have been unhappy with. All issues we have come across have been addresses and resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Promo Prep has allowed us to share what's going on across our global business. We are in separate countries and timezones before we had spreadsheets that constantly being sent around and one one had the most up to date. What problems is PromoPrep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now it is very easy to have control of all the hotel offers. With the start date, end date, description, etc. All the team members are notified in case there is an offer update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
