Promonovo Reviews & Product Details

Promonovo is an AI-first ecommerce platform that lets anyone launch a complete online store by describing their business in plain language. Instead of picking themes, installing plugins and wiring up integrations, merchants tell Promonovo what they sell and the AI builds the storefront - catalog structure, pages, design and settings - in minutes. Built for small and mid-sized retailers, and designed first for merchants in Lebanon and the wider Middle East, Promonovo brings online and in-person selling into one system. Every plan includes a retail point-of-sale with offline mode, barcode scanning and thermal receipt printing, so shop inventory and online orders stay in sync without a second subscription. Merchants running more than one location can manage multiple shops from a single account. The platform is bilingual from the ground up, with full Arabic and English support and multi-currency pricing and tax rules - including LBP/USD dual pricing and cash on delivery, which global platforms handle poorly. Local payment gateways are supported out of the box, including NetCommerce, BLOM, Bank Audi, BLF, Bank of Beirut and Whish Money. AI runs through the whole product, not just setup. An AI shopping assistant helps visitors find products and complete purchases. Store owners can connect Promonovo to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini through a hosted MCP server and manage their catalog, orders and marketing by chatting with an AI assistant. Higher tiers add custom-branded Android and iOS apps generated from the store. Growth and marketing tools are included rather than sold as add-ons: abandoned cart recovery, email marketing, wishlists, gift cards, loyalty programs, product ratings and reviews, custom domain support and analytics. Native integrations with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and Meta connect stores to the channels merchants already advertise on. Promonovo charges no transaction fees on sales. Plans start at $25 per month for Starter and $40 per month for Professional, with custom Enterprise pricing for merchants who need unlimited products, custom staff accounts and dedicated infrastructure. Merchants choose Promonovo when they want a store live quickly, want to sell online and in-store from one system, and need to serve Arabic- and English-speaking customers without stitching together plugins.
