Then there are the videos. You can find just about any type of video that can be edited to your liking to get the point accross. This includes animals, education graphics etc. The wide selection of SnapChat filters makes it easier to find one that best suits marketing your business on this plattform much faster than creating your own filters; especially if you are not on the creative side of things. **What do you dislike about Promo?** The one thing we have found trouble with is the ability to edit purchased filters containing video to non-video. We had to contact support via email for them to make the edit. If you are in a time crunch, this can set you back a bit. Other than that, it's not a significant issue. Its also a bit troubleiling that you cannot edit the sound of each video. The app lets you change the melody, but it does not allow you to adjust where the song starts in the video. One other problem we have been able to address is the speed at with we can launch a video ad campaign without having to outsoruce the production and the talent to create a video.
