# How do i get a refund back for the software i didnt use?

Hi Vallence,

All plans ( monthly/annual) that Promo offers can be canceled on the website prior to any renewal so there is no additional charge. There is also a 7 day money back guarantee if the product was not used within the first 7 days of the original purchase. If the request is for a refund after a billing cycle started you can reach out to the support team at support@promo.com to evaluate the request as the website and terms do specify the account should be canceled prior to any renewal cycle.
