Having worked with other high powered highly detailed platforms that offerred more than I needed this was the right fit. It is intuitive, efficient and most affordable. Their customer support is very good too, responsive. **What do you dislike about Projecto?** I have an early version of Projecto and have not upgraded due to internal reasons, there are a few things with data entry and flow that could be better, I also find the scheculing component combersome. If this could have been addressed like an 'app update' it would have been I suppose. Newer Projecto versions have resolved this I'm sure. **What problems is Projecto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficient tracking of fundamental project items, financial life cycle and reporting, meeting minutes and task lists. The program communicates with our operating system so commitments and expenses flow right into their spot. Their IT group and ours worked together quickly to implement the system. **What do you dislike about Projecto?** In the beginning, my only complaint would have been the screens we don't use. Over time, we have started using those screens. No complaints here **What problems is Projecto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Projecto, we kept up with our capital items on excel spreadsheets. We had to manually enter everything and now everything interfaces nightly into our system. ### 3. The best is that it is available on the app. version as well!! It is better than a lot of competitors around there in the project management industry! **What do you dislike about Projecto?** Sometimes faced issues during excel export. Otherwise everything is great! The support team is fantastic to work with and prompt to respond if any assistance is needed. **What problems is Projecto solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very cost-effective and something our teams were able to learn super quick because of its intuitive UI.
