What do you like best about ProFundCom?

What stands out most to us and our clients is the incredible speed and responsiveness of the support team.

When queries are raised, they are resolved not just quickly but with a deep understanding of the financial services industry. You're not entered in some kind of robotic workflow, having to repeat yourself everytime you speak to someone – that is if you get past the AI support bot.

On the tech side, the integration with Salesforce CRM is smooth, reliable, and tailored to fund marketing workflows. Whether syncing contact engagement, feeding campaign analytics into Salesforce, or using triggers for investor nurturing, everything just works — without the clunky workarounds we’ve needed with generic and indeed Salesforce native platforms.

Also worth noting: ProFundCom is built specifically for investment managers, so it avoids the bloated feature sets and poor UX we’ve seen in more generalist tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProFundCom?

If I'm being picky, the depth of functionality can sometimes be a lot for newer users.

But, the onboarding and training materials (and again, the support team!) bridge that gap very well.

We'd rather have a powerful platform that needs a short learning curve than a limited one that’s easy but ineffective with a very high cost-of-ownership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProFundCom?

I like that ProFundCom excels at organizing and streamlining e-mail, making it effective for handling e-mails at scale. I also appreciate the excellent customer service, with Connor being particularly great. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
