What do you like best about ProFundCom?

What stands out most to us and our clients is the incredible speed and responsiveness of the support team.

When queries are raised, they are resolved not just quickly but with a deep understanding of the financial services industry. You're not entered in some kind of robotic workflow, having to repeat yourself everytime you speak to someone – that is if you get past the AI support bot.

On the tech side, the integration with Salesforce CRM is smooth, reliable, and tailored to fund marketing workflows. Whether syncing contact engagement, feeding campaign analytics into Salesforce, or using triggers for investor nurturing, everything just works — without the clunky workarounds we’ve needed with generic and indeed Salesforce native platforms.

Also worth noting: ProFundCom is built specifically for investment managers, so it avoids the bloated feature sets and poor UX we’ve seen in more generalist tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProFundCom?

If I'm being picky, the depth of functionality can sometimes be a lot for newer users.

But, the onboarding and training materials (and again, the support team!) bridge that gap very well.

What do you like best about ProFundCom?

What we value most is how ProFundCom has completely transformed our email deliverability and lead quality. Before using the platform, we struggled with emails getting flagged as spam, unknown bounces, and inconsistent engagement metrics.

ProFundCom's deliverability tools and domain monitoring features have not only improved our inbox placement but also flagged issues with our sender reputation early — something Marketing Cloud and Pardot never helped us proactively manage.

The bot filtering technology is also a standout. We were wasting sales time on false leads driven by bot activity that skewed our

engagement stats. ProFundCom's analytics are clean, human-verified, and accurate, which has significantly sharpened how we score and qualify leads.

Lastly, the integration with Salesforce is exceptional. Sales now receives real-time alerts when an investor shows intent — not just opens or clicks, but meaningful multi-touch behaviour.
