I really appreciate the powerful hierarchy management capabilities of Profisee, as they greatly streamline our data processes. The ease of data modeling is another standout feature, allowing us to effectively organize, capture, and share data. The platform excels in maintaining data quality right from the start, ensuring that the entire process is smooth and accurate. I find the user experience to be exceptionally well-designed; the way data is presented creates a comfortable and effective analytical environment for our users. Furthermore, I am impressed by the continuous innovation that Profisee undertakes to enhance and optimize the customer experience, which is evident in their reliable support and the overall excellence of the tool. The connectors for SAP are not developed, which seems more like an SAP-related issue, but it affects our experience with Profisee however there are solutions in Profisee to work around this challenge. The initial setup had challenges. Although the professional services team was knowledgeable about Profisee, they were spread across multiple implementations and couldn't fully dedicate themselves to our specific use case. We initially had some concerns because we were building a fabric environment and needed connectors from Profisee, which were not available at that time. However, since then, Profisee has upgraded and now provides fabric connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some minor things with some of the data management, like being able to select all to assign values into a bridge entity. When first engaging in implementation and rolling out with the Profisee team, there was conflict in fulfilling the customer vision and helping to lead the customer in the right direction. The flexibility and speed of implementation stand out, alongside the hands on support from Profisee. The platform integrates well with our existing data platforms, scales effectively, and empowers us to configure new solutions quickly without excessive reliance on specialized resources. Their support team and customer engagement is also exceptional, consistently ensuring we have the guidance and expertise needed to move forward with confidence. Initially, we missed opportunities to weave the platform into our ecosystem more effectively and inadvertently siloed some of Profisee’s capabilities. For our base MDM use case, Profisee provides a comprehensive set of tools that cover data ingestion, address/phone/email verification, matching, survivorship, and golden record management. Profisee is an excellent MDM tool that has allowed us to grow in our data governance work. Together with it we started our area and we have been maturing in its use. There are some limitations on the product from a UI/UX perspective that perhaps pigeonhole the product a bit more to North America-centric. For example, there is no ability to have a multi-language web portal, which is critical for a global company like ours with a significant APAC and EMEA presence. It's really easy to implement within a short time frame. The product is always improving (2 new versions per year). With the SaaS version, it is easier to maintain and upgrade the platform.

The support time is very responsive within a day. The Profisee portal is also user-friendly.

Data quality rules feature improves data quality in our MDM system. The integration with Profisee using API calls is easy to implement. Profisee provides us with a support portal where we can easily post our ideas to improve the system and also that helps us to see issues/enhancements posted by other Profisee clients.
