I appreciate Productiv's ability to greatly expand our fulfillment capabilities with larger retailers like Target and Amazon. They are best in class for kitting, and the quality of their value-added services has been great over the six years we've worked with them. I also like that the on-time delivery of kitting jobs has improved significantly compared to our previous provider, with a noticeable reduction in scrap and a better customer experience. Their practice of packaging everything in one reliable location and their continuous improvement in fulfillment and kitting is something I value. The communication with their team is notably excellent, providing rapid responses and necessary escalations. The leadership and account management have been positive, and the time-based studies they use for cost and timing are enormously helpful, offering competitive rates.
