For us, as an early startup, it's great and easy to get and review our customer feedback all together. We are able to manage sprints and tasks more quickly thanks to Producter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't see things I dislike about Producter. As others have said too, would be great to have soon the JIRA integration to automate the feedback of our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is simple and easy to use. I like the ability of my internal teams and customers to use the forward-facing submission portal to submit feedback. Being able to provide them with transparency into what features are being considered lets them know that their requests are not falling on deaf ears. There are some character limits with the descriptions, so it can be harder to add more context from direct customer feedback into a ticket. This is a minor issue, however, and does not stop the team and me from using it. I did have some initial issue with some users being able to access the portal and login screen due to still being in beta, but the team (CEO ) directly helped me out and has been excellent with anything I need.
