The level of organization, knowledge, and proactivity never ceases to impress us as we continue to rely on them through our CRM implementation and rollout and streamline our Sales Ops process. We've learned a ton working Adam and team - we came to Process Pro with a very unique sales process that continues to evolve and he did a great job of learning our business model, our current tracking methods, and our vision for how we wanted our pipeline management and outreach process to dramatically improve. We went through a thorough review process before we landed on Hubspot as the tool that would best fit our needs, and the transition was very clear and timed well.
