PROCAI Reviews & Product Details

PROCAI (procai.world) is AI procurement software for buyers who source materials and equipment, built for teams in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the Gulf, in English and Arabic. Describe what you need and the AI supplier search returns suppliers with emails, phones and websites in up to 3 countries at once. Send one RFQ to the whole shortlist from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook or custom SMTP mailbox, with replies, bounces and silent suppliers tracked against the RFQ. Upload the quotations as PDF, Excel, Word files or photos and PROCAI matches the same items across suppliers into one side by side comparison sheet you can export to Excel or PDF. Team plans add AI agents that turn emailed purchase enquiries into RFQs, and Enterprise adds a PR to PO approval workflow. Free plan with no card, paid plans from $20 a month.
