## About PrintShopCRM
PrintShopCRM is open-source shop management software for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF shops, with the CRM built in: quoting, estimates, art proofing, a drag-to-move production board, invoicing, purchasing, and per-job profitability in one application. Quotes price by ink colours per location with one-time screen charges, and custom price matrices let any shop build price sheets with its own rows and columns. Turnaround counts from art approval rather than intake, so due dates move when proofs sit unapproved. Job costing runs against real press utilisation, not a raw hourly rate, showing margin while the price is still editable. A unified inbox keeps email and SMS on one timeline, and an optional AI receptionist structures inbound requests. Integrates with Stripe, QuickBooks Online, S&S Activewear, and SanMar. AGPL-3.0: free to self-host with every feature and unlimited seats, or hosted for one flat price. Every table exports to CSV; the database is one SQLite file.
