Once we have reviewed your setup template, we provide a list of recommendations on how to slightly modify your setup template in order to make your German subsidiary compliant. We do of course ensure that the recommended changes are non-invasive and do not jeopardize any of your global business processes and reporting requirements.

International companies who are planning an Oracle ERP rollout to EMEA/ Germany have to meet the GoBD (Generally accepted accounting principles) requirements of the German tax authorities. In Germany every company is obliged to comply with the GoBD. If companies do not comply with, they will face significant issues during their annual audit. PDG is offering a review of the finance/ tax setups to ensure they are proper according to GoBD requirements ( GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, E-Tax) to proactively resolve those GoBD-issues. In addition to our Review Service, we provide our Customers with an AddOn for extracting the relevant files during a digital Tax audit (GoBD/ GDPdU) in Germany.

Oracle ERP Multinationational rollout has been implemented to address integration and standardization issues for the telecom service provider MTN South Africa.
