PrimeTask Reviews & Product Details

PrimeTask is a desktop productivity system for freelancers, consultants, agencies and small businesses. Tasks, projects, CRM, calendar, focus tools, a visual canvas and automations work together in one app on your own machine, for macOS and Windows. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Everything works offline and your data is stored locally in open formats on your own device, with no server holding it. Sync is optional, through storage you already control. Plan projects with goals, milestones and health tracking. Capture tasks in plain language and manage them in List, Board, Calendar, Day Planner or Gantt views. Pro adds PrimeCRM with contacts, companies, sales pipelines, opportunities and sales reports, plus custom fields and custom automations. Bring your own AI: a local MCP server lets Claude and other AI clients work with your data under your control. Export to JSON and CSV at any time.
