Since we do not sell on-line directly this is now helping up compete in the digital arena. **What do you dislike about Shoppable Where to Buy?** The one drawback is we needed our digital agency to invest time time to integrate the necessary code to our website to make it work. I wish it could have been done by my IT team instead of an outside provider at our expense. **Recommendations to others considering Shoppable Where to Buy:** Look at the reporting and how easy it is to set up reports by customer and how easy it is to change/edit each report's distribution list. **What problems is Shoppable Where to Buy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now able to prove how much traffic we are sending to our retail partner websites and how much revenue we are creating for them. Our account management is excellent and responsive, but service issues lately have been slow to resolve. For any change, even minor changes like removing a SKU or adding a SKU we have to reachout to our representative.
