Our company does not work on many projects that require a higher level of encryption, but PreVeil allows our employees to near-seamlessly implement the PreVeil system into their workflows. Being a CSP, there was no major overhaul of servers or reinforcement of network to begin working with it. Submitting tickets or contacting customer support results in fast responses that fix issues or clarify questions. We have been using their system more often since the integration of CMMC into the cybersecurity space, and it is very easy to support customer needs by giving them an invite to a shared folder for security. Most issues that we have encountered are because the security of PreVeil and our own network's security are fighting for the spotlight, so it requires admin assistance. With CMMC, it would have been a very expensive and labor-intensive process to upgrade process to upgrade servers and networks. Having a CSP like PreVeil cut down on the amount of time, effort, and money that would have went into upgrades to meet standards. PreVeil is more than just an encrypted email and file-sharing service; it's a comprehensive solution for anyone who prioritizes privacy and security. The combination of advanced encryption, ease of use, and seamless integration makes PreVeil a standout choice. Whether you’re a business owner providing services to the government and handle CUI, a healthcare provider with PII, or simply someone who values privacy, PreVeil is the tool you’ve been looking for. When considering the Microsoft solution next to PreVeil the costs are less than 1/4 of what the comparable solution from Microsoft was, and it allowed our clients to maintain their Office Standard licenses while using PreVeil in tandem. It constantly corrupts and loses files. It fails to synchronize. It changes text in email. Despite a promise to improve the software, the problems are neverending.
