I tried reaching out to them several times, but always, they are replied to my emails promptly. Also, their team is knowledgeable about WordPress and Servers, so if I have any issues with my sites, they help me out without hesitation. **What do you dislike about PrettyWP?** They have unlimited website edits option, but all the tasks will be processed one by one. If I submit many tasks, it takes sometime. **What problems is PrettyWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been managing many of my and my clients WordPress sites myself, but it takes about a day to update all these sites.
