Presta Heure Reviews & Product Details

Presta Heure is a time tracking, job scheduling and digital work order app for small construction and trade businesses in Belgium (heating, electrical, plumbing, renovation, roofing, carpentry, painting, cleaning and more). Workers record their hours on their phone in one of three ways chosen by the company: start and finish each planned job, GPS clock-in and clock-out with a distance check, or end-of-day entry. Clients sign the work order on the technician's phone and receive it as a PDF. Managers see who is where in real time, plan the week on mobile or on the web, approve and lock weekly timesheets, handle leave requests and export hours by worker and Belgian payroll code (CSV and PDF) for their payroll provider. Available in French on iOS, Android and web. 14-day free trial without credit card, from 8.90 EUR per worker per month excluding VAT.
