What do you like best about Pressat?

The charity I work for is about to put out its first press release and nobody here has published one before, so I went online to find out how it's done and who to work with. Pressat headed the list, not only because of their support for non-profits being better than elsewhere but their site is easy to use and, when I asked for some support, it was quickly given even though we haven't made a payment.
