They are very helpful, answer very fast and try their best to help you. Many hosting providers boast that they have such support but only on Pressable I felt like there aren't any problems the support can't help me with. Second - my site is on Divi/WordPress. The platforms is very easy to navigate and propagation time is incredible. Been on the system for 3 months now and have not had a single issue. Propagation with pressabel is much faster so it was an issue resolved that we did not know we had. Cloning of sites is something we do on a weekly basis as we have framework site we work off of.
