Pressable takes care of the big technical stuff and offers substantial support. Switching over was simple with their migration process. Their technical support team has really been there for me. I still have to do maintenance and there are guidelines on what is my responsibility, but there’s a resource center so customers like myself can learn/inform themselves on a process/issue encountered. See https://pressable.com/resources/.
There are managed WordPress hosting companies popping up, but note Pressable is created by Automattic — the same minds who brought WordPress, WooCommerce, and Jetpack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had a bad experience, but note their support is via chat or ticket, so it helps if you’re familiar with basic hosting or have any experience working in a hosting dashboard before. Similarly, I have found it helps to ask for help with a concise question or provide screenshots if I’m not sure what I’ve come across. Thank you for the review! And, we're glad you can focus on your content instead of website hosting issues.
