PrenotaVeloce Reviews & Product Details

PrenotaVeloce is a booking assistant for Italian businesses that work by appointment: hair salons, barbers, beauty centres, dental and medical practices, physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, law firms, accountants, consultants and personal trainers. Clients write on WhatsApp or Instagram. The assistant shows the services, offers the free time slots and books the appointment in the calendar. It runs on buttons and fixed rules, not on AI, so it never invents prices, hours or confirmations. When it does not understand, it hands the chat to a person. For the business owner: - Three confirmation modes: the assistant confirms on its own, asks the owner to approve every booking, or confirms and notifies. - Several staff members, each with their own hours and services. - Appointment reminders and Google review requests (Pro plan). - Recurring sessions in one command, e.g. ten physiotherapy sessions every Tuesday. - The owner adds, moves and cancels appointments with a message or a voice note. - In healthcare businesses, messages to patients do not name the treatment. - Formal register ("Lei") for medical, legal and consulting businesses. The dashboard and the owner app are included in every plan. The service operates in Italy.
