I like Premier Construction Software's customer service because they really take the time to explain things and show how much they care about improving their software. The accounting software is amazing, and I'm excited to use the project management side as well. I appreciate how quickly pay applications are approved. The change order and budgeting features are easy to use and understand, making it simple to see where all the numbers come from. The change order process is efficient, helping with workflow approval and integration into pay applications. There isn’t anything I dislike about Premier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Premier Construction Software makes things seamless for our team and subcontractors. They don’t have to be tech savvy because everything is easy to read, and it’s easy to know what button to press and where it takes you. It’s easy to use, but it still holds a lot of data and makes it easy for me to get detailed reports. I value the pending AP invoices, pending AR, posted AR, and subcontract summary screens. A handful of screens give me all the information I need to do my job. I also appreciate that they troubleshoot issues with subcontractors, fix bugs in a timely manner, and organize the system and display based on notes we leave.
