Prelim Reviews & Product Details

Prelim replaces the first-round phone screen with an AI text-based interview. Paste a job posting, share a link, and candidates complete a 5-minute conversational screen from their phone on their own time. Prelim returns scored results with a hire / maybe / no recommendation per candidate. Built for hourly and frontline hiring (senior living, healthcare, hospitality, staffing agencies). $49/month Pro plan with a free tier. Self-onboarding, no implementation. Different bet from video AI (HireVue, Spark Hire) and enterprise text AI (Sapia): SMB price point, faster setup, phone-native candidate experience without scheduling friction.
