Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 12/19/2023 "The BEST option we found for Bid Invitations and Subcontractor database management." 5/5 What do you like best about PreconSuite? Pipeline Suite has a simple format that just WORKS. We send our bid inviations to hundreds of subcontractors per bid with ZERO issues and our subs have never had issues accessing the information. The platform also allows Subcontractors to update their own company contact details as things change within their businesses to ensure they aren't missing any bid invitations from us. Customer Support has also been STELLAR. Brittney is always available when/if we need her and they have implemented several of our suggestions into their software over the last few years. Pipeline Suite is very easy to use and learn. It was recommended to us by one of our JV partners, and we've been very happy with it. Their customer support team made implementation a breeze, and have been very prompt in answering and addressing any questions we might have. Bidder are catergorized by trades, so when you import your bid lists, you have to make sure that the trades are properly assigned, or else all the bidders go into an unassigned category and you have to manually assign them to a trade. I have used all of the other programs out there and as an estimator for commercial construction, Pipeline just has the most bang for the buck for managing your bid invitations, documents and correspondence to subs. Pipeline allows us to get information out quickly and to the right people. There isn't much to dislike, some of the windows are too small when selecting for a new project. Groups for example is a small box that jumps past some of the selections when scrolling. The reason we show the prior week on the "Rolling 6 Weeks" calendar option is because on Monday users can see their projects with a bid date last Friday, since oftentimes they still have correspondence on projects just bid the prior work day (Friday).
