The interface is not user friendly. I am unable to customize it to suit my needs. **What do you dislike about Preceden?** It would be better to keep monitor of my progress setting deadlines and collaborating with my team. It lacks the flexibility of being able to export my timelines in formats. Whether I'm working on a project or managing a team schedule Preceden is always obstructive. **What problems is Preceden solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lack of customization options limits the ability to tailor the timeline according to needs. Also for users the interface is a bit overwhelming at first. Require some time to get used to it. Another problem we face is the collaboration features which make it difficult to share and work on timelines together. ### 2.
