Where do I start on my list of dislikes: 1. Poor customer service 2. Paid extra for additional distributions and NONE of it was honored 3. Even the wire services listed NEVER were on the report 4. I had a release set to go out on a Saturday and it was NEVER sent 5. You get what you pay for 6. Gave this company multiple changes to prove to me I should use them and NOTHING... 7. I will be contacting my cc company with all my documentation 8. Should have known better with all the spelling typo errors on the site. 9. I have embedded an image within an article, and the preview looks fine. However, when the article is published, substantial spacing is added and looks very weird on mobile. The ability to submit ad-hoc press releases at any time and have them published to PR Newswire and be syndicated to 100+ publications is worth five times the cost. The customer service is really impressive as well. I recently had to rescind a release before it was scheduled for distribution. The quality of the pickups is phenomenal. Every time we submit a story, we receive a good amount of pickups from good news sources. We've been a customer with PR Underground for a few years and we were pretty disappointed when the pricing rose this year. Their team will be really great at ensuring you're set up for success, and you can always get what you need straight from the source. Just make sure you're using the right words or word strings to get maximum reach across their network of contacts and news sources.
