Their operations and business functionality are terrible. They are too big and cannot function properly. They overlooked the project merging two school districts' SIS instances into a single SIS, getting us off to a disastrous start for the school year, dropped the project a month in, and I ended up doing over 50% of the work for the project, moving data over, correcting mistakes made, and at the end of it, they're still asking for over $60k for their "services." The business side was not able to handle the invoice and account changes right, and we are still working with them to resolve it all, on top of all of the countless hours being diverted from supporting instruction to having to manage the mess they gave us. PowerSchool is the worst EdTech company to work with in a field where the bar is already set very low. Large companies ruin EdTech - go with smaller companies' products, they manage it better. One standout for us has been the integration with MBA Add-Ons, which truly opened our eyes to features and efficiencies within PowerSchool that we hadn’t realized were possible. This combination has helped us unlock an entirely new level of functionality.

My biggest challenge with PowerSchool is its complexity. While the system is powerful, it can be difficult to figure out how to complete certain tasks or pinpoint the source of an issue.
