Power RFP Reviews & Product Details

PowerRFP is free RFP software with vendor management built in. Draft and score every bid in one place, keep a record of who actually delivered, and start your next project already knowing who to call. One tool, two jobs Most sourcing tools stop when the contract is signed. PowerRFP keeps going. Run your bids Create an RFP, invite sellers, collect every proposal in one place, and score them side by side. Manage your vendors Keep every vendor and contact on record, and rate how they performed once the project closes. 1. Set the request Scope, requirements, dates, and how you’ll evaluate. Every seller answers the same questions, which is the whole reason the proposals come back comparable. 2. Invite your sellers Pull them from your vendor directory or add new ones, and send the request. They submit through the form, not as attachments you have to chase. 3. Collect everything in the project Proposals, revisions, clarifying questions, messages. It all lands in the project, with conversations kept separate so threads never cross. 4. Score and award Compare the bids side by side on the scorecard, then award to one seller — or split the award across several on the same project. PowerRFP’s Vendor Management System keeps every vendor and contact on record, captures how each one performed when the project closed, and puts that history in front of you the next time you’re choosing. Start with a free directory — add as many vendors and contacts as you want. 1. Rate at project close Score how the vendor actually performed — on time, on budget, on quality — while the project is still fresh. It takes a minute, at the moment you already know the answer. 2. The record builds itself Every rating adds to that vendor’s history. After a few projects you’re looking at a pattern, not one bad week or one good first impression. 3. Choose from evidence Filter and shortlist by past performance when you start the next project, so the vendors who have delivered rise to the top and the ones who haven’t stop getting invited.
