I've started recommending my clients Postmark after trying a lot of email providers. Postmark is a small company yet one of the best in the transactional email world! The setup process, stats for emails and user interface are minimal yet do a great job. It has plugins for WordPress which uses API to send emails rather than SMTP connections. This is a better way to send emails because, SMTP uses a synchronous connection and REST API is an Async. This way they are able to deliver super fast email service. Most of the transactional emails like order information, login details, contact us messages and most day to day messages go through the postmark service. Customer support is great but not the best! They take time to respond like 24 hours or so. I wish they had a 24 hours service. Also pricing is a bit premium but well worth the price and the smooth service they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a great SMTP provider that is easy to setup as well as great delivery and clean IPs on top of that postmark also has a DMARC reporting tool which I like and recommend to any begginer or non-techy person out there. Postmark has come to change the way we send confirmation and transactional emails to our users. Purchase confirmation emails, user activation, and purchase reminders (you name them) ended up in the spam section, bounced or in the promotional folder of our clients. Thanks to Postmark, these emails arrive promptly and when users need them.

We have not found anything that we dislike or makes us feel is not worth it. PostMark has a lot of options when it comes to sending transactional emails and email marketing campaigns.

We have been using Postmark to send transactional emails from WordPress websites using Postmark's plugin and it has help fix mail delivery issues for all sites without fail. It is easy to set up and the results are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Much better than Sendgrid, which had endless deliverability problems even sending to e.g. Hotmail/Live.com addresses. UI is intuitive, use of 'sandbox' accounts is great for checking that your apps are sending messages correctly, and most importantly the actual deliverability is fantastic.
