This application has completely transformed the way we manage HR and PMS tasks, making us more efficient. Chat-interface is the only interface for the entire product. This makes the platform intuitive and easy to navigate. The performance management and feedback module has made it possible for us to set, cascade, track, and continuously evaluate performance goals with incredible ease. Having Core HR, Analytics and PMS in one platform improved our approach to interacting with employees. What problems is Possibleworks solving and how is that benefitting you?

Traditional HRIS is quite cumbersome. PW improves this by redenominating all HR and performance workflows into one place. It kind of acts as a Layer Zero & SSO for all of our other HR apps. Normally, HR apps’ usage dips heavily a few months after we introduce them into the company. This is especially true for PMS, and other HCM apps.
