I find POSH very user-friendly with a great UX, especially on the back end. It's much cleaner than other platforms like Eventbrite and Dice, which I find clunky. The ability to track where sales are coming from via tracking links is very useful, providing insightful data on revenue drivers for our events. I think there are a few small things that could be improved with POSH. Like, when you duplicate an event, the photos don't copy over, which is a bit annoying. Also, there's kind of a gap between the features on the app and the desktop version. The app could definitely use some upgrades, especially around visibility into tracking links. I love using POSH for its ability to quickly set up events and sell tickets. The feature that lets me text my audience about new events and sell tickets right away is fantastic. I can track sales by marketing channel using their tracking links feature, which is incredibly useful. On top of that, the platform allows me to find events for artists and genres that I enjoy thanks to their recent Spotify integration. The marketplace organically helps sell 25% of my tickets, which significantly reduces my digital ad spend. I really appreciate the personalized support from my dedicated POSH manager, who provides guidance and resources from their knowledge base. Importantly, the low fees and simplified dashboard make POSH amazing, especially since it's free for me to use as a small organizer. I find POSH makes selling tickets to events straightforward without any real issues. I really like its user-friendly appearance. The tracking section is particularly easy to use, allowing me to create tracking links effortlessly for promoters and DJs, which is great for setting up commission-based payouts. I appreciate the POSH team and feel like my voice is heard when I provide them with ideas or issues. I love how adaptable POSH is; I can change the themes to match the style of my event, which helps make everything look authentic. Posh has the best design both consumer facing and for organizers, which makes it easier than ever to close ticket and table sales online for our festivals and experiences. The suite of marketing features is an enabler, from great ad tracking, to ambassador tracking links and text message marketing. Best of all is the team, who are some of the hardest working and most supportive people I've met. You can genuinely tell that everyone has a passion for music and events which makes it more fun to work with them as well. It's impressive that they have built a product that I would both recommend to first time event organizers getting started and other festivals/big event organizers. Posh is the best platform for building customer loyalty and your own brand/community. Something to consider with posh is that their event discovery is not as strong as some other platforms. With their newly launched consumer facing app, this may quickly change - but as for the past few years of using them this would be the biggest drawback to consider.
