I like that Poptin is very user-friendly, making it easy to create pop-ups for our website. I've been using Poptin for more than three years, and it's been quite effective. With the basic subscription, I get five domains, which is great for multiple websites, and it's very easy to deploy. I can just create an image from Canva or Photoshop, fill the blank space with required fields, and convert that image into a pop-up. Poptin also offers an engaging CTA button with different animations. I appreciate that I can add multiple rules for displaying pop-ups on our website, targeting revisiting visitors and reflecting changes in real time. The integration with WordPress is straightforward, and whenever I make changes, they show instantly on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it annoying when using Poptin with any banner pop up because it overlaps the website, hiding elements like the header or footer. Another issue is the lack of options to add a dropdown in the pop-up, especially when it needs frequent updates. Right now, I have to log in again to update the pop-up manually, which takes time. It would be better if there was an easy method, like uploading a CSV file to automatically update the pop-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
