The reporting and analytics are functional but fairly simple as well. You can view basic response breakdowns and export data, but you can’t dig into deeper filtering, cross-tabulation, or real-time dashboard customization easily. We often end up exporting results to Excel to create the visual reports our team needs. I’d really love to see PopSurvey add more flexible, real-time reporting that lets us dig deeper without exporting data. Right now, we can see basic response counts and percentages, but we can’t easily filter results by different groups—like comparing feedback from new hires vs. tenured employees, or customers from different regions. I would say that there could be changes in the money aspect. There could be also changes in the topics. Some of them are repetitive. There can be times where you're saying the same thing more than once, but it's not a deal breaker for me, personally. I wish there was more colors. More visual appeal appearance. There are a lot of advanced questions that logic brings matrix questions that I find in complex scoring. Sometimes I think that that's not fair. Important probably could go deep deeper integrations, I realized, are limited. CRM connections and automation tools.
