PodoSystem Reviews & Product Details

PodoSystem is practice management software built by a practising podiatrist for podiatry clinics in Spain. It covers the whole working day of a podiatry practice: podiatric clinical records with structured foot examination, CIE-10-ES diagnoses and photos from the phone; appointment calendar with WhatsApp reminders and a waiting list; online booking page for each clinic that only shows real free slots; prescriptions printed on the official podiatry college prescription pad; invoicing and receipts with gap-free numbering, ready for Spain's Verifactu; informed consent forms and GDPR documents signed on a tablet; autoclave sterilisation log and clinical waste records. Treatments, examinations, diagnoses, medication, consent templates and message templates are all editable to fit each clinic's way of working. Data stays on the clinic's own Windows PC, works offline, with encrypted cloud backup in the EU and a full data export at any time. Includes an Android app and multi-user roles; plans for solo podiatrists, clinics with reception, and multi-podiatrist clinics. 60-day free trial.
