To be honest, I don't know how else we could get the task reasonably done if not with the help of Pliance's automated soultion. Their API was easy to implement, and the response format is easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Pliance?** I haven't found any downsides from Pliance. If I had to mention something, the doucmentation was a tad complex to follow at the beginning as I didn't first realize docs with various SDK example and the actual API reference were in separate places, or maybe it's just me who lacks the patience to properly read instructions... **What problems is Pliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pliance helps us to stay compliant ### 2. Their API is very stable, we've almost never had any issues. **What do you dislike about Pliance?** The main downside is that they only provide an API, and no backoffice tool. So you have to write all the admin tools yourself. (From what I understand they're working on this.) **Recommendations to others considering Pliance:** Reach out to them instead of judging them by their API documentation. **What problems is Pliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're helping us scan users against sanction and PEP lists, as part of our AML routines. ### 7.
