## About Plazza
Plazza is a free commercial real estate marketplace for the Swedish market. Listing a property costs nothing — no commission, no per-listing fees, no subscription. Landlords, property owners and brokers list office, retail, warehouse, industrial and restaurant premises for rent or sale at no cost. Listings can be published in minutes with photos, floor area, rent, location and contact details. There is no limit on how many properties a landlord or agency can list, and listings stay live until the property is let or sold. For tenants and buyers, Plazza offers map-based search across Swedish cities and neighbourhoods, filtering by property type, size and location. Enquiries go directly to the landlord or managing agent rather than through routed lead forms. Plazza also operates Plazza Nyheter, an independent news publication covering the Swedish commercial property market. Plazza AB is headquartered in Stockholm.
