We encountered serious issues with payout processing and repeatedly reached out for assistance over several months with little to no response. Despite following proper communication channels, we received no clear guidance or resolution. When we tried to discontinue the service due to this breakdown, we were met with legal threats instead of support. A great platform only works if the people behind it are responsive and willing to help and in this case, that was not our experience. **What problems is PlayMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Administration for youth academy. ### 2. Despite the slight increase in system costs, it has proven to be a worthwhile investment by generating additional revenue for our organization. Furthermore, Playmetrics has significantly enhanced our ability to stay organized. **What do you dislike about PlayMetrics?** Compared to WhatsApp, which is solely focused on communication, Playmetrics may not be the absolute best communication app. Team managers often prefer to use group chat on WhatsApp or other primarily messaging apps. However, it is important not to allow that as the sole means of communication. Playmetrics does offer the group chat feature, which functions effectively, but it also provides numerous other features that parents need to become accustomed to and benefit from fully. **What problems is PlayMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting registration fees and effectively communicating with our families have been greatly improved with the implementation of our new system. We have successfully collected approximately 25% more in registration fees compared to our previous methods. Additionally, the system has successfully integrated the entire club into one cohesive platform. ### 4. The communication tools are also a notch above the rest. **What do you dislike about PlayMetrics?** There are so many ways to use Playmetrics it can be a bit overwhelming at first. Thankfully their help articles and customer service is top notch and they love to help you make Playmetrics work for your club. **What problems is PlayMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Playmetrics is keeping us organized. We are communicating better, scheduling and planning more easily and reporting to our coaches and bookkeepers more effectively! ### 5. It has also saved significant time to work through logistics, which has been more cost effective for our club. ### 6. PlayMetrics is designed to be mobile-friendly which is critical for on-the-go families and club officials. Our coaches love the available activities (drills) and how easily they can track practice attendance and communicate with their team. The families love the registration process and the ease of use of the app. Our club administration loves the efficiency created by having all of our info in one place. **What do you dislike about PlayMetrics?** We really do not have any dislikes about the program. PlayMetrics has a cost but when we factored in how much we were saving in credit card processing fees (Saved a lot on processing fees alone) and by canceling subscriptions to other software components the cost impact was minimal for a far superior experience. **What problems is PlayMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our prior registration system was not mobile-friendly. As a result, our admin staff was regularly fielding questions from families that were struggling to register, pay a bill or update their communication preferences. PlayMetrics has an unbelievable user experience that is all integrated into one app so our families and our club administration is far more efficient than it was prior to implementing PlayMetrics. ### 7.
