Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been very disappointing. We encountered serious issues with payout processing and repeatedly reached out for assistance over several months with little to no response. Despite following proper communication channels, we received no clear guidance or resolution. When we tried to discontinue the service due to this breakdown, we were met with legal threats instead of support. Compared to WhatsApp, which is solely focused on communication, Playmetrics may not be the absolute best communication app. Team managers often prefer to use group chat on WhatsApp or other primarily messaging apps. However, it is important not to allow that as the sole means of communication. Playmetrics does offer the group chat feature, which functions effectively, but it also provides numerous other features that parents need to become accustomed to and benefit from fully. Our club loves that PlayMetrics is a single piece of software that replaces several pieces of software we were previously using. PlayMetrics is designed to be mobile-friendly which is critical for on-the-go families and club officials. Our coaches love the available activities (drills) and how easily they can track practice attendance and communicate with their team. We really do not have any dislikes about the program. PlayMetrics has a cost but when we factored in how much we were saving in credit card processing fees (Saved a lot on processing fees alone) and by canceling subscriptions to other software components the cost impact was minimal for a far superior experience.
