1) Would've appreciated a search feature to find a candidate by name/email ID/ number. While this isn't available on the platform, Playhunt sends an email with the details to our inbox, which we use instead.

It´s very intuitive; no need to read "how to" manuals at all! Also, it is very customizable and, the best for me, is that it´s available in several languages in the front end and also in the admin section. I can send links to people who I might hire, they can answer the questions in mobile or desktop and then I can see and follow up on them in the hiring funnel available in the tool. Not really anything I dislike; but I´d like to be able to know exactly which questions they´re answering. But, that´s not a problem, since I ask them to read the questions aloud prior to answer them (in the text of the instructions for answering). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One aspect of Playhunt that I found slightly inconvenient was the limited customization options for the video survey templates. While the platform does offer the ability to create customized video surveys, I would have appreciated more flexibility in terms of the layout and design. It would be great to have additional options for branding and personalization to align the surveys more closely with the company's image and values. I've been super impressed with this product. I've actually been using it for other things outside of it's original purpose (vodcast interview rather than job interviews). This tool frees up my time from routine processes. It allows me to do more than before and have more fun at work. The service allows me not only to view interviews of candidates myself, but also to easily add interview references to various documents, which takes a minimum amount of data. - The product is very well designed

- The front-end and the back-end are pleasant to use with useful functions for the purpose of the platform: to make a pre-recruitment more human than having to read a simple CV and a cover letter which are the more often sent en masse by candidates.

- I will clearly use it for our non-profit association in order to recruit volunteers.

- I very much regret that the recording starts immediately, immediately after reading the question.

- The time for recording is also much too short.
